Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Calcumate mobile application. These Terms govern your access to and use of Calcumate's services and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Calcumate.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Calcumate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

Description of Service

Calcumate is a shift tracking and earnings calculation application that allows users to:

Record work shifts with start and end times
Track multiple employers and pay rates
Calculate earnings based on hours worked
View statistics about work patterns
Integrate shifts with device calendars

User Accounts

To use certain features of Calcumate, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate, current, and complete information

We reserve the right to disable your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

User Content

Limitation of Liability

Calcumate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Subscription and Payments

If you choose to purchase a subscription to Calcumate Premium:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the app's settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Calcumate is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the app or via email.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
