Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Invoicr mobile application. These Terms govern your access to and use of Invoicr's services and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Invoicr.

By downloading or using the Invoicr app, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

Usage: Invoicr is a mobile application designed to help users create and manage invoices. You may use the app for lawful, personal, and business purposes only.
In-App Purchases: Invoicr offers free and paid features. Some features, including ad removal, unlimited invoices, and premium templates, require a one-time or recurring payment. All purchases are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Account & Data: Invoicr does not require account registration. Data is securely stored via Apple CloudKit or Firebase. It is your responsibility to back up data regularly.
Limitations: We are not liable for any losses, missed payments, or incorrect information sent through invoices created with this app. You are responsible for verifying all invoice data before sending.
Updates: We may update the app to add or remove features at any time. We will attempt to provide notice but are not obligated to do so.
Termination: Use of the app may be suspended or terminated for misuse, abuse of service, or violation of these terms.
Privacy: We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect and handle data.
